Donald Weston Dugger, 43, was last seen on August 11, 2012, in Warroad, Minnesota. A truck driver, Dugger had just returned from a long-haul trip to the East Coast and was at his place of employment, unloading personal belongings from his truck into his car. Earlier that morning, Dugger called his sister, alarmed by a group of people he claimed were surrounding his truck.
