In the quiet evening of May 31, 2022, 39-year-old Tysior Civ told his family he was going for a walk from his Robbinsdale, Minnesota home. It was around 7:30 p.m. when he left his residence near 40th and Scott Avenues North, wearing a blue or light gray t-shirt and blue shorts. In a move that caused immediate concern, he departed without his wallet or cell phone, leaving behind no clues as to his intended destination or how long he planned to be gone.
