Jarmaine Cardell Jones, a 27-year-old male, was killed on November 21, 2019, in Decatur, Alabama. The incident occurred outside an apartment complex where Jones sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and seeing the shooter fire at Jones numerous times, even after he had fallen to the ground. In total, Jones was shot 11 times.

The investigation led to the arrest of Shadeed Abdul Fuqua, who was identified as the victim's 31-year-old cousin. The motive for the ...
