On the evening of December 15, 2019, at approximately 9:18 p.m., Mobile Police responded to a shooting incident in the 2500 block of McLaughlin Drive in Mobile, Alabama. Upon arrival, officers found 44-year-old Jermayne Doolittle lying on the ground, having sustained gunshot wounds. The shooting reportedly occurred during an argument between Doolittle and another individual. He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on December 18, 2019.
