Hashim Jabari Haugabook II, a 19-year-old African American male, was found dead on March 11, 2021, in Oglethorpe, Georgia. The tragic incident occurred when Oglethorpe police and first responders were called to the scene of a single-car accident on Kaigler Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Hashim's body inside the vehicle.
