In the early morning hours of January 3, 2020, a grim discovery was made on County Road 123 in Ozark, Alabama. Two men were found unresponsive, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds. One of the victims was identified as Kristhian Canales, a male from Kissimmee, Florida. There are conflicting reports on his age, with some sources stating he was 36 and others reporting he was 49. The other man was identified as 30-year-old Anthony L. Rodriguez of Lakeland, Florida.
