On January 11, 2023, 27-year-old Anthony Latez Gray was fatally shot at Jasmine Hill Apartments in Ozark, Alabama. He was transported to Dale Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 1:15 a.m. The Dale County Coroner reported that Gray had sustained a single gunshot wound to the chest.
