On January 11, 2020, 32-year-old Darryl Eugene "DJ" Paige was fatally shot in Greensboro, Alabama. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. on Ward Street while Paige was visiting friends. After receiving a phone call, he stepped outside and was shot multiple times. Authorities discovered 25 shell casings near the scene, indicating shots were fired from two different weapons. Witnesses reported seeing two suspects fleeing the area.
