On a December evening in 2020, in the Domaine Mobile Home Community just east of Jasper, Alabama, the life of 36-year-old Jerry Lee James Jr., a White male, was tragically cut short. The incident, which occurred on December 10th, began when James was visiting a woman at her residence. An uninvited man, later identified as Jose Martinez, arrived at the home, leading to a confrontation that would have fatal consequences.
