On April 28, 2021, Dothan Police Officers responded to a residence in the 2500 block of Scott Road in Dothan, Alabama for a medical emergency call. Upon arrival at the scene at approximately 3:30 PM, officers discovered Ricky Turner, a 36-year-old male, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside the residence. Turner was pronounced dead at the scene after being identified by family members.
