On Saturday, February 23, 2013, at approximately 2:53 AM, Damon Luke Brown, age 39, was shot and killed in the 300 block of Livingston Terrace, SE, in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred during the early hours of the morning, and Brown was found suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts by first responders, he succumbed to his injuries on the scene.
