Death by Force

On October 26, 2021, at approximately 10:15 p.m., Montgomery police responded to a shooting in the 2700 block of Biltmore Avenue, near Federal Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered 24-year-old Ivory Brooks Jr. and an unidentified woman, both suffering from gunshot wounds. Brooks was transported to a local hospital by private vehicle, where he was pronounced dead. The woman's injuries were reported as non-life-threatening, and she received medical treatment.
