On a Thursday morning in Dallas County, Alabama, the life of a 28-year-old Black / African American woman, Kadeejia Lee, was brought to a tragic and violent end. On June 23, 2022, while waiting in her car in the parking lot of a manufacturing plant where she was about to start her shift, Lee was fatally shot. The incident that unfolded was captured on surveillance footage, providing a chilling account of her final moments.
