On August 28, 2022, 32-year-old Gigretta La’Shaun Moore was fatally shot in Union Springs, Alabama. The incident occurred in the 100 block of North Prairie Street near downtown. Upon arrival, Union Springs police officers found two individuals with injuries. Moore, a passenger in one of the vehicles involved, was transported to Bullock County Hospital, where she later died.
