On August 31, 2022, 18-year-old Erykah Manora was critically injured in a shooting incident in Montgomery, Alabama. The shooting occurred around 3 p.m. in the 300 block of Shelley Lane, where Manora sustained a gunshot wound to the head. She was immediately transported to a local hospital for treatment.
