On October 25, 2022, 35-year-old Erica A. June-Wagner was fatally shot in Montgomery, Alabama. The incident occurred around 7:40 p.m. in the 2100 block of E. Fourth Street, near Mulberry Street. Upon arrival, Montgomery police and fire medics found June-Wagner with a gunshot wound; she was pronounced dead at the scene.
