In the winter of 2023, the life of 20-year-old Quantasia Grant was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. On the night of January 7th, she was one of many who had gathered for a 21st birthday party at the Legacy Events center in Huntsville, Alabama. The celebration turned into a scene of chaos and violence when shots were fired, leaving two young women, including Grant, dead and nine other people wounded. Another 20-year-old, Kaitlyn Jenkins, also lost her life in the tragic incident.
