On January 21, 2023, at approximately 6:20 p.m., Montgomery police officers responded to a shooting incident in the 800 block of Westview Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered 37-year-old Andrew Russell suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Russell was promptly transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
