In the early evening of a Sunday in Demopolis, Alabama, the life of a promising 17-year-old male, Isiah Henley, was tragically cut short. On June 11, 2023, Henley, a rising senior and standout football and baseball player at Demopolis High School, was involved in an altercation on Rainbow Circle. At approximately 5:58 p.m., the dispute escalated, resulting in Henley suffering a fatal gunshot wound.
Emergency services were called to the scene, and he was quickly transported by ambulance to Whitfield Regional Hospital. Despite the efforts of medical staff, Isiah Henley succumbed to his injuries.
