Quontavious Janard Cooper, a 22-year-old man from Talladega, Alabama, was fatally shot on June 16, 2023. The incident occurred in the late evening hours in the area of Borden Springs Road, a residential neighborhood in Talladega. Police responded to reports of gunfire, and when they arrived at the scene, they found Cooper suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite attempts to provide immediate medical care, he was pronounced dead shortly after emergency responders arrived.
