In the quiet community of Eight Mile, Alabama, a domestic tragedy unfolded that ended the life of 41-year-old Geneva Kennedy. On the night of Saturday, September 30, 2023, law enforcement officers were called to a residence on Hardy Drive. Inside, they discovered Kennedy, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
