In the quiet town of Eufaula, Alabama, the life of 15-year-old Zyaire Kayon Hill, a Black male student at Eufaula High School, was tragically cut short on the afternoon of January 7, 2024. He was a passenger in a vehicle traveling northbound on U.S. Highway 431 when a bullet pierced the car through the back driver's side, striking him in the head. Despite being rushed to Medical Center Barbour, he was pronounced dead at 3:52 p.m.
