Death by Force

On February 28, 2024, at approximately 8:20 a.m., Birmingham Police Department officers responded to a report of a person shot at a residence in the 7800 block of 7th Court South in the South East Lake neighborhood. Upon arrival, they discovered 33-year-old Jeremy Andrews lying unresponsive with an apparent gunshot wound. Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene.
