In the quiet community of Chickasaw, Alabama, a grim discovery was made that would unravel a story of violence and bring grief to a local family. The body of 18-year-old Evangelo Johnson was found in a ditch off Iroquois Street on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. Investigators believe he had been killed the day before, on Monday, March 25, 2024. An investigation revealed that the young man had been shot multiple times. At the time he was found, Johnson was wearing a mask.
