In the early evening of June 4, 2024, a friendly visit to a local grocery store in Montgomery, Alabama, turned into a scene of tragedy. George Elijah Jr., a 50-year-old male, was at Tienda Los Hermanos on Troy Highway, a place where he had befriended the owners. What began as a routine stop ended in a violent triple homicide that also claimed the lives of 20-year-old Daniel Lopez and 43-year-old Romero Lopez.
