In the late summer afternoon of September 7, 2024, the life of 33-year-old Ladevine Adre Crutcher, a male resident of Athens, Alabama, was tragically cut short by gunfire. The fatal incident unfolded around 2:45 p.m. at the Fifth Avenue Apartments, a part of the Athens Housing Authority property.
