In the late hours of a Monday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 23-year-old Willie Washington was tragically cut short. On November 14, 2016, at approximately 11:08 PM, gunshots shattered the night in the 4300 block of 3rd Street, SE. When police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Washington suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
