In the late hours of a Monday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 23-year-old Willie Washington was tragically cut short. On November 14, 2016, at approximately 11:08 PM, gunshots shattered the night in the 4300 block of 3rd Street, SE. When police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Washington suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
Emergency medical services transported him to a nearby hospital in an effort to save his life.
