Do you know who killed Regina Bowman in 2019? In the early morning hours of Saturday, January 5, 2019, a fire broke out in a residence in the 3300 block of Ely Place, SE in Washington, D.C. First responders were dispatched to the scene at approximately 6:15 AM to extinguish the blaze. Inside the smoldering home, they made a grim discovery: the bodies of two individuals.
