Alaska Native male Tupou Satini, Jr., age 40, was found late on the night of November 8, 2018, lying in the roadway near East 8th Avenue and Bragaw Street in Anchorage. Officers who arrived around 11:20 p.m. saw that the 40-year-old man had injuries consistent with a violent assault and rushed him to the hospital.
