On December 9, 2018, in Anchorage, Alaska, 19-year-old Daniel L. Bender Jr. and 19-year-old Davon M. Dodge were found deceased near a vehicle on West 29th Avenue. The Anchorage Police Department's investigation revealed that the two men had met inside a truck to discuss a firearm transaction. During their meeting, an argument ensued, leading both individuals to shoot each other, resulting in their deaths.
