On December 9, 2018, in Anchorage, Alaska, 19-year-old Daniel L. Bender Jr. and 19-year-old Davon M. Dodge were found deceased near a vehicle on West 29th Avenue. This incident marked the 28th homicide in Anchorage for the year 2018.
