David Cargill, a 35-year-old white male, was discovered on October 17, 2018, near the old Eklutna Power Plant on the outskirts of Anchorage, Alaska. His body was found on the property of the defunct hydroelectric facility, located along the Old Glenn Highway, by the Alaska State Troopers, who initially responded to the grim scene.
