Pacific Islander male, age 33. On the evening of November 6, 2020, Anchorage dispatchers took reports of shots fired near Mountain View Drive and North Bliss Street. Officers arrived to find Rick F. Moa, age 33, gravely wounded; he was taken to a hospital, where he died. Early investigative details pointed to an argument at a homeless camp in the Mountain View neighborhood that escalated into a fight and gunfire.
