White/Caucasian female, age 30 — Salisa Loucks — was found shot to death late on the night of February 4, 2019, in Anchorage, Alaska. Just after 11 p.m., a shots-fired call drew officers to the area near East 12th Avenue and Cordova Street, where they discovered Loucks inside a Jeep SUV in an alley.
