On November 30, 2020, in Palmer, Alaska, 7-year-old Ellison Buster was tragically killed in a shooting incident that claimed the lives of multiple family members. Early that morning, Alaska State Troopers responded to reports of gunfire at a residence in Wasilla, where they found 18-year-old Cody Roehl, Ellison's cousin, critically injured. Roehl was transported to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
