In the early morning hours of November 13, 2024, a gathering inside a residence in Birmingham, Alabama, turned fatal for 50-year-old Arlington Jerome Daniel. A Black/African American male, Mr. Daniel was attending a get-together when an altercation broke out. The dispute escalated violently, leading to gunshots being fired both inside and outside the home.
