On July 13, 2024, at approximately 11:08 p.m., a mass shooting occurred at a nightclub in the 3400 block of 27th Street North in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident resulted in the deaths of four individuals, including 39-year-old Stevie Andre McGhee, and left at least ten others injured.
