In the quiet community of Pinson, Alabama, a family's desperate search for a loved one came to a tragic end in early March of 2024. Jewel Dewayne Bendolph, a 38-year-old male, was found deceased on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, after his family had reported him missing just two days prior. His body was discovered in a secluded area off of Dewey Heights Road in the northeastern part of Jefferson County, a location miles from where he was last seen.
