On January 7, 2024, five-year-old Brandon Jamal Nation III was tragically killed in a shooting incident in Bessemer, Alabama. Around 10 a.m., Brandon was at a residence in the 500 block of Seventh Avenue North to receive a haircut. While he was on the front porch with his barber, multiple shots were fired into the home from outside.
