On December 28, 2023, at approximately 2 p.m., 22-year-old Jordan Tyler Johnson was fatally shot while seated in a vehicle in the 1500 block of Griffin Drive in Midfield, Alabama. The Midfield Police Department reported that Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene.

Preliminary investigations suggest that Johnson was targeted in a drive-by shooting, with the suspect firing from another vehicle. As of the latest reports, no arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing. ...Read More
