Qra’Vonta Arquise Smith, a 22-year-old resident of Birmingham, Alabama, was fatally shot on June 12, 2022, in Midfield. The incident occurred around 11:00 p.m. on the 1300 block of 8th Avenue. The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office reported that Smith sustained fatal injuries during what was described as a domestic argument. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
