On the evening of August 11, 2022, at approximately 10:40 PM, Birmingham Police Department officers responded to a shooting incident in the 2300 block of 20th Place Ensley. Upon arrival, they discovered 30-year-old Cheyanne Maria Wilson unresponsive inside a residence, suffering from a gunshot wound.
