On October 26, 2022, 14-year-old Bryan Aubrey Scarbrough was fatally shot at his residence on County Road 28 in Clanton, Alabama. The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m., prompting an immediate response from the Chilton County Sheriff's Office. Authorities identified Bryan's 21-year-old brother, Thomas James Robinson, as the shooter. Robinson was subsequently charged with manslaughter in connection with Bryan's death.
