On November 6, 2021, in Birmingham, Alabama, 3-month-old Treymon Jenkins was found unresponsive in his crib at a residence on 8th Terrace North. Responding officers from the East Precinct arrived at approximately 9:56 a.m. and discovered the infant not breathing. Birmingham Fire and Rescue transported Treymon to Children's Hospital of Alabama, where he was pronounced deceased.
