Death by Force

On the evening of July 10, 2021, at approximately 8:09 p.m., Birmingham police responded to reports of multiple gunshots in the 4400 block of Willard Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered 23-year-old Kadarius Khalil Kyneard lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
