On a summer night in 2021, the life of 18-year-old Barbara Ann Harmon was tragically cut short. On June 14, authorities responded to reports of a car crash on Alpine Winterboro Road in Talladega County, Alabama. Upon arrival, they found Harmon unresponsive in her vehicle, not from the crash, but from multiple gunshot wounds.
