In the summer of 2018, the life of 17-year-old Casey Nicole Kizer, a Caucasian female from Hoover, Alabama, was tragically cut short. On the evening of July 25th, Kizer and a group of her friends drove to Fleetwood Metals in the Sylacauga Industrial Park.
