Joanna "LaShay" Jackson, a 21-year-old mother of twins, was tragically killed on April 14, 2021, outside her residence on Carolina Terrace in Bessemer, Alabama. Authorities reported that Jackson's former boyfriend, De'Anthius Jacobien Edwards, arrived at her home following a recent breakup and an altercation the day before.
