A man and woman are found shot to death in their car
On the morning of August 6, 2011, Iroquois Alston, a 27-year-old African-American male, was found shot to death in Norwalk, Connecticut. He and a companion, 22-year-old Rickita Smalls, were discovered in a parked car on Avenue B in the Golden Hill neighborhood. A resident of the area noticed the black Honda sedan with a shattered passenger-side window around 8 a.m. and alerted the authorities. Both Alston and Smalls were found unresponsive inside the vehicle.
