Amos Brown Jr., an 18-year-old from Norwalk, Connecticut, was tragically shot in the back of the head while sitting in a car on Lexington Avenue near the El Coqui Grocery on August 13, 2010. Although he initially survived the shooting, Amos was taken off life support two days later. His murder has remained unsolved for over a decade, despite the case being classified as gang-related retaliation.
