In a quiet home in Birmingham, Alabama, a grim discovery was made on the evening of October 13, 2020. Joseph Scott Norris, a 40-year-old male, was found deceased alongside his wife of five years, 39-year-old Jacqueline Sims Newsome. The couple was discovered in a bedroom of their residence located at 445 29th Street in the Ensley neighborhood.
